MPA Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for an Emergency Department / Urgent Care Centre Receptionist in Dundonald. You will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives and healthcare professionals, providing high-quality reception and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
You will handle patient registrations, appointments, travel expense forms, use Encompass and MS Office, and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
