MPA are currently recruiting for a driver to work with our client based in the Coleraine Area. This position will have an immediate start and working hours will be Monday -Friday 8.30-4pm with a pay rate of £12.31 per hour.
Job Duties
- Collect and convey service users to Trust Adult/Day Care facilities.
- Carry out daily routine maintenance of their vehicle and minor repairs
- (including checking fuel oil, water levels and topping up as required, tyre pressures, vehicle cleaning, changing punctured wheels etc.)
- Convey centre clients to outings inc, community facilities, cinema, leisure and social trips etc.
- Must maintain Driver CPC qualification
- Any other duties relevant to the post.
Essential Criteria
- 6 months’ experience in a similar role
- Willingness to complete training courses
- Willingness to complete Access NI checks
- Current full driving licence valid for use in the UK with full Category D unrestricted driving entitlement. Full unrestricted Category D driving entitlement means entitlement to drive a manually operated passenger-carrying vehicle with more than 16 seats)
- Must hold the Driver CPC qualification card
