Key Responsibilities
- 360-degree recruitment of agency workers including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Completing pre-employment checks in accordance with MPA standard operating procedures.
- Ensure a suitable pool of candidates is available to fill vacancies and/or shift bookings.
- Respond to client requests as outlined within the organisation’s framework.
- Manage potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and promote the full recruitment services offered by the company.
- Generate new business through telephone and face-to-face sales activity.
- Day-to-day performance management of agency staff, proactively seeking feedback on performance, coaching, and supporting staff in their various placements.
- Work towards team targets set.
- Participate in a rotational on-call service (Paid additionally).
- Participate in marketing events including attendance at various recruitment fairs.
