MPA Coleraine is currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join a busy and well‑established food production facility based on the outskirts of Coleraine. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long‑term employment with the potential for a permanent position after 13 weeks.
The Role
You will play a key part in supporting daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of general operative and manual handling duties as directed by the Supervisor
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods and materials
- Operate machinery and equipment safely (full training provided)
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within the work area
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
