MPA are recruiting Clerical Officers on behalf of our Clients in the private and public sector.
The successful post holder will carry out a variety of administrative tasks associated with the business.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries: Efficiently handling queries via Telephone, Webchat and E-mail.
- Data Management: Performing data entry across various systems. This includes updating records, maintaining databases and handling customer information with care.
- Confidential Document Management: Responsible for the meticulous scanning, filing and organisation of confidential documents. Adhering to strict protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
- Administrative Support: Assisting in various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and supporting the smooth functioning of the organisation.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Applying discretion and judgement within defined parameters to resolve issues and make decisions related to day-to-day tasks.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Following established protocols, guidelines and policies to maintain compliance and confidentiality in all tasks performed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working effectively within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and communicating efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- At least 5 GCSE\’s including Maths and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
