MPA Recruitment Ballymena are recruiting a Skilled Labourer / Multi Skilled Operative for ongoing construction and maintenance work in Castledawson. This is a hands-on role working across void and tenanted properties, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. If you have experience in construction, labouring, maintenance or a trade background (plastering, joinery, painting), this role will suit you.
Key Responsibilities
- General labouring and site support
- Property maintenance and repair work
- Basic plastering, patching, painting and snagging
- Assisting trades on site (joiners, plumbers, electricians)
- Working on void and occupied properties
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, labouring or maintenance
- Ability to carry out a range of practical tasks
- Good work ethic and reliability
- CSR card preferred
- Driving licence desirable but not essential
