MPA Recruitment Ballymena are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join a well-established team based in Castledawson. This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position. The successful candidate will carry out a range of joinery and maintenance duties across both void and tenanted properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • 1st and 2nd fix joinery
  • Kitchen installs, door fitting, ironmongery, glazing
  • Working on void and tenanted properties
  • Delivering a high standard of work and customer service
  • Keeping sites clean, safe and compliant

What You Need

  • Time served or qualified joiner
  • Strong 1st and 2nd fix experience
  • Background in maintenance joinery
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSR Card (can be arranged)

The Offer

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Company van + fuel card
  • Pay review after 6 months
  • Temp to perm opportunity

Additional Info

  • Out-of-hours callout rota (every 6–8 weeks)
  • Access NI check required (not a barrier to employment)
