MPA Recruitment Ballymena are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join a well-established team based in Castledawson. This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The successful candidate will carry out a range of joinery and maintenance duties across both void and tenanted properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- 1st and 2nd fix joinery
- Kitchen installs, door fitting, ironmongery, glazing
- Working on void and tenanted properties
- Delivering a high standard of work and customer service
- Keeping sites clean, safe and compliant
What You Need
- Time served or qualified joiner
- Strong 1st and 2nd fix experience
- Background in maintenance joinery
- Full UK driving licence
- CSR Card (can be arranged)
The Offer
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
- £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE)
- Company van + fuel card
- Pay review after 6 months
- Temp to perm opportunity
Additional Info
- Out-of-hours callout rota (every 6–8 weeks)
- Access NI check required (not a barrier to employment)
