Looking for secure, long term joinery work with the opportunity to progress into a permanent role?
MPA Recruitment Ballymena is recruiting an experienced Joiner to join an established maintenance and construction team based in Castledawson.
You will complete joinery, repair and refurbishment work across occupied and void properties throughout the Mid Ulster area.
A company van and fuel card will be provided, with overtime opportunities also available.

- What You Will Be Doing
- Carrying out first and second fix joinery work
- Installing and repairing doors, windows, skirting, flooring and kitchens
- Completing general maintenance, repair and refurbishment work
- Working across occupied and void properties
- Identifying faults and completing practical repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Communicating professionally with tenants and customers on site
- Completing job records and paperwork accurately
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
- What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Joiner or Carpenter
- Strong first and second fix joinery experience
- Experience within property maintenance, refurbishment or repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
- Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional approach when working within occupied properties
- Full UK driving licence
- CSR Card is desirable
