Salary: £18.27–£19.30 per hour
Hours: Full-time and Part Time - Permanent - Days and Nights Available

The Role
You'll lead the care team to deliver exceptional nursing care, champion resident independence and dignity, and ensure safe, compliant clinical practice. You'll also support staff development, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to inspections, governance, and quality improvement.
