The predicted salary is between 26500 - 40000 £ per year.

As one of the main contracted suppliers to a range of independent living services across Belfast, we are recruiting CPI Trained Learning Disability Support Workers. MPA offers CPI training if required. We can offer staff full time or part time hours so you can pick up shifts around your current role or take on a completely new challenge.

Shift Patterns include: long days, waking night shifts, early shifts, afternoon shift & sleepovers.

Pay Rates: £12.75-£21.55 (Shift Dependant).

A day to day working with our clients will include:

  • Taking part in daily activities
  • Following service user support plans
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Promoting independence where appropriate
  • Assisting with all aspects of personal care & feeding

The Person:

  • 6 months minimum paid experience working with learning disability
