Location: Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Carrickfergus, and across Northern Ireland
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm) with 30min lunch.

About the Roles:
- Maintenance Officer – Carry out inspections, manage repairs, and liaise with contractors to maintain NIHE properties.
- IT Service Desk Analyst / Technical Support Officer – Provide IT support, manage incidents, and maintain technical systems.
- Quality Inspector / Technical Standards Manager – Monitor construction standards, compliance, and deliver high-quality housing projects.
- HR Support Officer / Payroll & Employee Benefits Manager – Deliver HR and payroll services across the organisation.
- Contract & Performance Manager – Oversee contracts, manage KPIs, and ensure planned maintenance programmes run efficiently.
- Patch Manager – Manage tenancies, estates, and tenant services.
- Health & Safety Advisor – Support operational teams in maintaining compliance and promoting best practice across all activities.
