We are recruiting an experienced Band 6 MRI Radiographer for an agency placement within Belfast Health & Social Care Trust. This role offers the opportunity to work within a busy, patient-focused MRI service, supporting the Trust’s commitment to delivering safe, effective, and high-quality care.
Role Overview
- Position: MRI Radiographer
- Band: 6
- Location: Musgrave Park Hospital
- Contract: Agency / Temporary
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Full-time - 37.5 - Monday to Friday 08:45-5pm
Essential Criteria
- HCPC registration
- Bsc(Hons) Diagnostic Radiography
- Minimum 2 years post qualification radiography experience in a hospital with a range of modern imaging modalities
- MRI PGCert or willingness to train
- Certificate in IV Cannulation or willingness to train
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to the wider multidisciplinary team
- Strong understanding of patient safety, infection control, and clinical governance
- Must be willing to be flexible and available to participate in a shift system to cover evening and weekend duties and on-call if required
