MPA Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a supported living service in Bangor. We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a person-centered team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
Your Role
- Provide personalised care aligned with individual plans
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Support daily living skills, medication, and safe environments
- Respond appropriately to challenging behaviours
- Encourage social engagement and attend appointments
- Work closely with professionals and maintain accurate records
Shift patterns: 8am-4pm/4pm-10pm. (*subject to change to meet needs of facility)
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a care role relating to people with Autism / Learning Difficulties / Mental Health
- NISCC registered / willing to register
- Good communication skills and a caring approach
- Safety Intervention Training (provided in-house)
