We are looking for a compassionate Day Centre Support Worker to join our team, helping to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for individuals attending day centres. Successful candidates will work across centres that support adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals in participating in activities that promote well-being, independence, and social interaction.
- Assist with personal care needs where required, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Provide emotional and practical support to service users.
- Help create a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment within the centre.
- Assist in delivering group sessions, workshops, and recreational activities.
- Monitor and record service users’ progress, ensuring accurate documentation.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a care or support role based in Northern Ireland or mainland UK.
