We're recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join an Adult Community Learning Disability Team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adults with learning disabilities, while working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a specialist community caseload
- Deliver evidence-based, person-centred occupational therapy interventions
- Work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team
- Supervise and support junior staff
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in interagency working to achieve the best outcomes for service users
Essential Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy (WFOT-recognised)
