MPA Recruitment is working in partnership with the local Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 2 Facility Support Worker (Catering & Cleaning Duties) based at Crozier Lodge Day Centre, Banbridge.
Job Summary
As a member of the Facility Support Worker team, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of domestic, housekeeping, and catering duties to support the day-to-day running of the centre.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience carrying out domestic, housekeeping, and/or catering duties within a working environment.
- The ability to take responsibility, use initiative, and remain calm when dealing with challenging situations.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills appropriate to the role.
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality in the workplace.
- A willingness to undertake any training required to fulfil the role.

- Location: Crozier Lodge Day Centre, Banbridge
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Contract Duration: Until 29 October 2026
