About the Role
You will work alongside experienced staff in a structured environment, providing person‑centred care and support to adults with a range of additional needs. The role focuses on enabling individuals to live as independently and comfortably as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support to service users
- Support individuals during meal times, ensuring nutritional needs are met
- Encourage and promote independence and self‑care skills
- Assist with mobility and physical support when required
