MPA Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Field Installation Engineer to join a growing specialist provider of industrial and commercial door solutions based in the Ballymena area. The provider designs, installs, maintains and repairs a wide range of industrial doors, shutters, security products and access systems. This role would suit candidates from engineering, maintenance, installation, mechanical fitting, joinery, shutter, garage door, plant, or similar hands-on backgrounds. Full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Main Duties

  • Installation, servicing, and repair of industrial and commercial door systems
  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Mechanical and electrical fault finding
  • Breakdown and emergency repair work
  • Testing and commissioning systems
  • Completing service and installation paperwork
  • Working safely in line with Health & Safety procedures
  • Providing professional customer service on site

Essential Criteria

  • Previous hands-on engineering, installation, or maintenance experience
