MPA recruitment welcomes suitable applications for the role of Recruitment Consultant, based in our Armagh Branch.

The successful candidate will work within a high performing recruitment team delivering the highest standards in customer care to both our clients and candidates.

  • 360-degree recruitment of agency workers including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Lead generation through various channels including social media management, networking events, and direct outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and promote the full recruitment services offered by the company
  • Generate new business through telephone and face-to-face sales activity
  • Day-to-day performance management of agency staff, proactively seeking feedback on performance, coaching, and supporting staff in their various placements
  • Participate in marketing events including attendance at various recruitment fairs

At least 1 year’s proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
