MPA Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated, organised, and professional individual to join a Recruitment Shared Services Team as a Shared Services Support Officer. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across all stages of the recruitment and selection process.
  • Act as a key point of contact for recruitment-related enquiries from staff and stakeholders.
  • Process, maintain, and update recruitment information accurately using HRPTS and other relevant systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, audits, and the monitoring of recruitment activities.
  • Support the continuous improvement of recruitment systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria

  • Applicants must possess either:
    • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English Language and Mathematics), or
    • At least 18 months' relevant administrative experience.
  • In addition, candidates should demonstrate:
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
    • The ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Strong IT proficiency, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
    • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    • A willingness to complete the REC Level 2 Certificate within 12 months of appointment.
