MPA recruitment welcome suitable applications for the role of Recruitment Consultant, based in our Armagh Branch. The successful candidate will work within a high performing recruitment team delivering the highest standards in customer care to both our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- 360-degree recruitment of agency workers including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Lead generation through various channels including social media management, networking events, and direct outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment process
- Manage potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and promote the full recruitment services offered by the company
- Generate new business through telephone and face to face sales activity
- Day to day performance management of agency staff, proactively seeking feedback on performance, coaching, and supporting staff in their various placements
- Work towards team targets set
- Participate in marketing events including attendance at various recruitment fairs
Key Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Passion to succeed and be part of a high performing team
- Comfortable contributing within a fast-paced target driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong administration skills
- Strong team working skills with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career
