A day in the life
As a Staff Nurse, you’ll provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care to residents, ensuring their social, emotional and physical needs are met. You’ll help create a caring and supportive environment, promote independence where possible, maintain accurate records, and work closely with care home teams to ensure high standards are delivered at all times.
Role responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents

- Work closely with care home staff to support safe and effective care
Essential criteria
- Qualified RGN
- Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
- Caring, professional and reliable approach
- Ability to work twilight and/or night duty shifts
Desirable criteria
- Previous care home or hospital experience
- Experience supervising staff
