MPA Recruitment are currently recruiting Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team in the Antrim area, working across local care home settings. A day in the life

As a Staff Nurse, you’ll provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care to residents, ensuring their social, emotional and physical needs are met. You’ll help create a caring and supportive environment, promote independence where possible, maintain accurate records, and work closely with care home teams to ensure high standards are delivered at all times.

Role responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Support residents’ social, emotional and physical needs
  • Promote independence and dignity
  • Maintain accurate care records
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures and care standards
  • Work closely with care home staff to support safe and effective care

Essential criteria

  • Qualified RGN
  • Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
  • Caring, professional and reliable approach
  • Ability to work twilight and/or night duty shifts

Desirable criteria

  • Previous care home or hospital experience
  • Experience supervising staff
