Learning Disability Support Workers – Flexible Hours & Weekly Pay £12.80-£13.45 per hour | Newtownabbey | Full & Part-Time
As one of the main contracted suppliers to a range of independent living services across Belfast, we are recruiting Learning Disability Support Workers to join our team.
We can offer full-time or part-time hours, giving you the flexibility to pick up shifts around your current role or take on a completely new challenge.
Shift Patterns Include:
- Long Days
- Waking Nights
- Early Shifts
- Afternoon Shifts
- Twilight Shifts
Pay Rates: £12.80-13.45 per hour
Shift dependent
Your Day-to-Day Role May Include:
- Taking part in daily activities
- Following service user support plans
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting
- Promoting independence wherever appropriate
- Assisting with personal care and feeding
- Providing person-centred support to service users

The Person:
- Minimum 6 months' paid experience working with people with Learning Disabilities
- Registered with NISCC
- Willing to complete mandatory training courses
- Willing to complete an Enhanced Access NI check
