You will complete joinery, repair and refurbishment work across occupied and void properties throughout the Mid Ulster area. A company van and fuel card will be provided, with overtime opportunities also available.

Carrying out first and second fix joinery work
Installing and repairing doors, windows, skirting, flooring and kitchens
Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
Previous experience working as a Joiner or Carpenter
Strong first and second fix joinery experience
Full UK driving licence
