MPA Recruitment is looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to support local care homes in the Antrim area. You can tell us which days you are available, whether you want regular agency work or simply one or two additional shifts each week.
Pay and shifts
- £13.30-£15.25 per hour
- Pay rate depends on shift worked, eg weekdays and weekends
- Weekly pay
- Typical shifts: 7-7am, 8-8am and 10-10am
- Choose the shifts that suit your availability
- One or two shifts per week welcome

About the role
You will support residents with personal care, mobility, meals and emotional wellbeing. You’ll work alongside the wider care team to provide safe, respectful and compassionate care.
Assignments may include care homes/dementia services/learning-disability services.
What you’ll need
- Six months’ paid care experience within the last five years
- Current NISCC registration
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring, dependable and professional approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable, but not essential
