Job Description

The post holder will report to a designated manager to deliver excellence in customer service via the telephone and/or at the public counter acting as a customer advocate across a comprehensive range of housing services. A core role of CSU Advisors is to accurately diagnose and record repairs for Housing Executive tenants and work in partnership with others to resolve issues.

Essential Criteria

< 1 year previous experience in a similar role

Qualifications and Experience Required:

4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language or an equivalent/higher qualification and plus one years customer service experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel (or equivalent software).

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 37hours per week
