This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm, supportive organisation in the Omagh area as their new Training Coordinator. Our client provides high-quality residential and community support for adults with learning disabilities. As part of their commitment to excellence, they are seeking a motivated and organised Training Coordinator to oversee and deliver essential training particularly mandatory healthcare training to ensure staff are confident, compliant, and equipped to provide outstanding care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating, scheduling, and tracking all staff training across residential and community services
  • Delivering and/or organising mandatory healthcare training (e.g., safeguarding, manual handling, first aid, infection control)
  • Ensuring training records are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
  • Supporting new staff with induction training
  • Working closely with management to identify training needs and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
  • Helping to shape a positive learning culture within the organisation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of mandatory healthcare training requirements (experience in a social care or learning disability setting is highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident delivering training or coordinating external trainers
  • A proactive, supportive, and people-focused approach
