Support Worker (Level 2) Supported Living – Day Shift Roles and Night Shift Roles Available
Location: Belfast | Type: Permanent | Shifts: Days and Nights Available | Pay: £13.72 – £14.86
MPA Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a wonderful supported living service in Belfast. Were looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a person-centered team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs during shift hours (daytime roles and nighttime roles available)
Your Role:
- Provide personalised care aligned with individual plans
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Support daily living skills, medication, and safe environments
- Respond appropriately to challenging behaviours
- Encourage social engagement and attend appointments
- Work closely with professionals and maintain accurate records
What Youll Need:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a care role
- NISCC registered / willing to register
- Good communication skills and a caring approach
- Willingness to work various shifts, including some weekends
