We are seeking an experienced and results-focused Regional Business Development Manager to lead the performance, growth and development of three designated branches in Belfast, Ballymena and Coleraine. This is a key management role responsible for driving business growth, maximising existing client relationships and ensuring branches consistently deliver against agreed targets.
The successful candidate will combine strong business development capability with effective performance management and operational oversight to deliver sustainable results across their region. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to the wider direction, performance and future growth of the business.
