The Role
- You’ll lead the care team to deliver exceptional nursing care, champion resident independence and dignity, and ensure safe, compliant clinical practice.
- You’ll also support staff development, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to inspections, governance, and quality improvement.

Essential Criteria
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Strong written and verbal communication
