Key Responsibilities

  • You will lead the full production function, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
  • Overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring targets for output, quality, and efficiency are consistently met.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Implementing lean manufacturing principles, driving waste reduction, process optimisation, and cost efficiency.
  • Managing production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
