We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our client, a busy manufacturing environment.
The Role
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair factory machinery, including equipment with PLCs and inverters
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filter changes, lubrication, etc.)
- Support production by ensuring machinery runs reliably
- Carry out regular inspections and report faults as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering maintenance role (essential)
- Electrical or mechanical maintenance experience (desirable)
- Relevant qualification (HNC, NVQ, apprenticeship or similar preferred)
- Ability to fault-find and work on own initiative
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a small team

- Overtime and call-outs may be required
- Strong focus on health & safety required
