The Role
- Register with the RQIA as the Manager for a new domiciliary care agency.
- Lead the recruitment, induction, and development of a brand-new care team.
- Drive business growth while maintaining uncompromising clinical and ethical standards.
- Oversee care assessments and the implementation of person-centred care plans.
- Ensure full compliance with DHSSPS and NISCC regulations.
What You Need
- Qualifications: QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent professional qualification in Nursing/Social Work).
- Registration: Current registration (or eligibility) with NISCC.
- Experience: Proven track record in a management or supervisory role within domiciliary care.
- Mindset: You must be a self-starter who thrives in a "start-up" environment and doesn't need hand-holding.
- Logistics: A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to the Lurgan office and client sites.
