Registered Domiciliary Care Manager

Location: Remote (Northern Ireland) with occasional travel to Lurgan Office

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on experience) + Performance Bonus

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time available, Permanent

The Opportunity

We are launching a brand-new domiciliary care service and are seeking a visionary Registered Manager to take the helm. This isn't a "maintenance" role. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to shape the culture, build the team, and establish a gold standard of care across Northern Ireland.

The Role

  • Register with the RQIA as the Manager for a new domiciliary care agency.
  • Lead the recruitment, induction, and development of a brand-new care team.
  • Drive business growth while maintaining uncompromising clinical and ethical standards.
  • Oversee care assessments and the implementation of person-centred care plans.
  • Ensure full compliance with DHSSPS and NISCC regulations.

What You Need

  • Qualifications: QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent professional qualification in Nursing/Social Work).
  • Registration: Current registration (or eligibility) with NISCC.
  • Experience: Proven track record in a management or supervisory role within domiciliary care.
  • Mindset: You must be a self-starter who thrives in a "start-up" environment and doesn't need hand-holding.
  • Logistics: A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to the Lurgan office and client sites.
