Your Role:

  • Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Promoting independence and emotional well-being
  • Assisting with accurate record-keeping and care documentation
  • Helping maintain a clean, safe, and caring environment

What We're Looking For:

  • 6 months UK based experience in healthcare settings such as residential homes, supported living and care homes
  • A kind, compassionate, and reliable nature
  • Willingness to complete Enhanced Access NI
  • Willingness to complete E-Learning and Practical Training
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A willingness to learn and a positive attitude
