We are expanding our composites team and are looking for skilled, semi-skilled and trainee candidates to join us.

- Skilled Composite Laminators
- Semi-Skilled Composite Laminators
- Trainee Composite Laminators
- Composite Trimmer / Fitters
Laminator Responsibilities
- Pre-preg carbon fibre and composite lay-up
- Working from ply books, drawings and work instructions
- Preparing mould tools and materials
- Vacuum bagging
- Preparing components for cure
- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
Trimmer / Fitter Responsibilities
- Trimming and finishing composite components
- Drilling, cutting, sanding and fettling
- Bonding and assembly
- Fitting components to drawings and specifications
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Checking finished components against quality requirements
Experience
For skilled and semi-skilled positions, previous experience in composites, carbon fibre, motorsport, automotive, aerospace or advanced manufacturing is preferred. For trainee positions, previous composites experience is not essential. Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate a good attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
