Bright Horizons Wokingham Day Nursery – Early Years Practitioner (Level 3).

Location: Wokingham.

Salary: £28,072 to £33,020.50 per annum (Level 3) or £27,009 to £27,823 per annum (Level 2), dependent on qualifications and experience.

Shift Options:

  • 40 hours over 4 or 5 days
  • 24 hours over 3 days

Role Summary:

As an Early Years Practitioner you will plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, encouraging development toward key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and assess learning experiences for children.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating environment.
  • Support children’s physical, emotional and cognitive development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.

  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
