As a Room Leader, you will lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver high‑quality care and education, ensuring children develop and meet milestones.

Your responsibilities include promoting child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding and maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of early years educators.
  • Ensure delivery of high‑quality care and education in line with EYFS.
  • Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Maintain partnerships with colleagues, parents/carers and external professionals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Practitioner or Early Years Educator.
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

Working Hours
