Salary: £28,496 – £29,348 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development toward key milestones. You will create a safe environment that gives children freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young people, subject to safer recruitment practice and pre‑employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check

Working Hours
Shift options: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days, 24 hours over 3 days, or 16 hours over 2 days* (Subject to Terms & Conditions)
