Nursery – Bright Horizons Hertford Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary – Starting from: £13.50ph Level 2, £14.04ph Level 3 (depending on qualification/s and experience).
Location: Hertford, SG13.
Working Hours: Part‐time hours – example shifts: 2–3 full days a week (must include a Friday) or afternoon shift 1pm–6pm Monday‐Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development towards key milestones.
- Create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
Qualifications:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
