Role: Talent Acquisition Partner - FTC
Contract Length: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Bright Horizons nurseries and offices when required. Our HO is in Northampton.

This role is to deliver an end-to-end recruitment service for our operational nursery setting roles in Cambridge. Working in partnership with the operational and wider Talent Acquisition teams to hire the greatest talent potential for Bright Horizons, you will ensure that recruitment is strategically focussed, while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience by driving effective stakeholder relationships. The focus is on strategic direct resourcing, talent pipelining and driving employer brand awareness as well as managing the end-to-end resourcing process from brief to attraction to onboarding.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deliver an end to end 360 recruitment service for Bright Horizons nursery settings
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver first class, end to end resourcing solutions, ensuring a high-touch candidate, and hiring manager experience that continually exceeds expectations
- Deliver direct sourcing through the effective use of LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Databases, Job boards, campaigns, social media and your network, and headhunting techniques
- Work in partnership with the business to identify content to drive out across our careers social channels which supports talent attraction and employer brand engagement
- Manage all vacancies and candidates through effective management of the applicant tracking system (Workday) ensuring it is consistently up to date and candidates/hiring managers are managed through all stages correctly
- Deliver weekly MI on recruiting activity
- Champion the use of RAF (Recommend a Friend) through stakeholders
- Act as an ambassador of Bright Horizons, looking for constant opportunities to promote the employer brand, living the heart principles of Bright Horizons, and demonstrating passion for delivery of an outstanding recruitment service to the business.
- Take ownership and accountability for meeting all recruiting needs of our nursery settings being relentless in your quest to deliver exceptional talent to Bright Horizons
- Understanding of market intelligence and trends
- Identify opportunities to attend industry events to promote opportunities at Bright Horizons and to broaden your specialist knowledge
- Regularly assess recruitment activities to ensure their effectiveness and success at achieving desired outcomes and ROI
Essential Experience:
- A proven and successful track record in the role of a Recruiter.
- Experience working within high volume recruitment.
- A strong communicator who can effectively and confidently communicate both written and verbally to all levels
- Working towards and exceeding targets whilst prioritising workload to ensure the demands of the business are met
- Ability to prioritise workload and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
- Goal-driven, with a solid understanding of recruiting metrics and methods for achieving positive results
Experience Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Workday system
- Previous experience within internal recruitment function
- Experience of working in the childcare sector
