Bright Horizons Guildford Day Nursery and Preschool is looking for a full-time, Level 2 qualified Practitioner to join our nursery. We are situated in-between Surrey sports park and Royal Surrey county hospital, with light and airy rooms and a recently refurbished garden surrounded by green spaces.

Salary: £28,080 - £28,932 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Location: Guildford, Surrey

The Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each of your key children, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for:

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers
