Nursery – Bright Horizons Weybridge Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: £28,496 – £29,348 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development toward key milestones. You will create a safe environment that gives children freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young people, subject to safer recruitment practice and pre‑employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check

Working Hours:

Shift options: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days, 24 hours over 3 days, or 16 hours over 2 days (Subject to Terms & Conditions)
