Position: Forest School Leader – Bright Horizons Sonning Lane Day Nursery and Preschool
Location & Salary: Sonning, Reading. Salary: £28,392 to £33,800 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience).

Shift Options: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days, 24 hours over 3 days, or 16 hours over 2 days.
Responsibilities:
- Curate a safe, engaging and stimulating forest school environment, encouraging learning in outdoor settings.
- Support the nursery team with EYFS curriculum and develop/deliver activities to meet children’s milestones.
- Ensure a safe environment that promotes freedom of expression and fosters a lifelong love of learning.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Forest School qualification.
- Full Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
- Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding/child-protection requirements.
- Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and carers.
