Role Overview
Early Years Practitioner position at Bright Horizons Sonning Lane Day Nursery and Preschool. The nursery boasts a redeveloped, airy environment with a private heated indoor swimming pool and a large garden.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
- Create a safe environment that encourages children to express themselves and fosters a lifelong love of learning.
- Facilitate small group swimming lessons under the guidance of qualified swimming instructors.
Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to build trust and work partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
