Hours 12‑15 hours per week.
Role: Early Years Assistant
Work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. Provide interactive play, activities, reading and support each child’s development towards key milestones.
Responsibilities
- Look after children up to age 5 and support development.
- Engage children in interactive play and learning activities.
- Read to children and encourage curiosity.
- Support colleagues with each child’s development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience working with children is ideal but not essential.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
- Ability to build trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults.
