Bright Horizons is seeking a Regional Director (Early Years) to lead nursery management across the Central London region.

This is a full-time, field-based role requiring travel between sites and a commitment to HEART culture and safeguarding.

You will deliver People and Growth strategies, champion Ofsted-ready operations, and collaborate with HR, Finance and Marketing to implement standards and drive outcomes for customers and employees.
