Nursery – Bright Horizons Barford Day Nursery – Salary: £23,524.80 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience). Hours: 30 Hours Per Week (Tues, Thurs & Fri). Location: Barford, Warwickshire.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care for children.
  • Make accurate and effective assessments reflecting each child's needs, interests, and development stages.
  • Ensure indoor and outdoor environments are consistently stimulating and inspiring.

Qualifications

  • Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with colleagues and parents.
