Responsibilities
- Support colleagues in delivering the EYFS by engaging children in entertaining and educational activities.
- Encourage child development toward key milestones.
- Ensure essential day‐to‐day tasks such as room tidying and preparation are completed.
Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
